Sweet Bees Order Policies

• All orders must be placed through the website (sweetbeessutter.com/order)

  • If you have a special request for an item not listed on the website, please add details in the notes section

• An inquiry is not an order

• Submitting an order does not guarantee order. A direct response back via your preferred method of contact to confirm order receipt, pickup date/time, and amount due will secure order

• If an order is more than $50, a 50% deposit will be due upon order confirmation

• A minimum of 48 hours advance notice is required for all standard orders. (Special requests may require more notice)

• Pickup time is within a 30 minute window as agreed upon during order confirmation. I cannot guarantee availability if you are late

• If you are unable to pickup within our agreed upon time window, I will coordinate a later time accordingly.
